525 bags of heroin after assemblyman receives tip
CAMDEN Police last week arrested a city man they say had more than 1,500 bags of heroin he meant to sell.
Larry James, 20, was charged with heroin distribution among other crimes following an alleged foot chase in North Camden.

The accused exited from the passenger side door and threw a plastic bag on the ground, the officers reported. The bag opened and showed several bags of heroin, they said.
Ignoring the officers commands, James ran, police said, adding that Paulic pursued and caught him four blocks away in the backyard of a North 7th Street home.
Police said they seized four boxes containing 1,525 small bags of heroin.
Aside from the distribution offense, James was also charged with distribution within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting arrest.
He was committed to Camden County Jail in default of $100,000 bail, cash or bond.
